Comment: clap3.GIF Yes,motion is relative..there's absolutely no stationary object in the universe, and even the universe might not be stationary,if the multiverse theory be confirmed. For example,by a stationary ball we mean a ball that is stationary in effect to the earth. The earth itself is moving in it's diurnal course around the sun which is orbiting the central supermassive black hole of the Milky Way which is being gravitated towards a galaxy with a mass million times more than the Milky Way called Andromeda at a speed of 75 kilometres per second. The andromeda and milky way are collapsing into the Virgo cluster of galaxies which are expanding in effect with the dark energy. The universe is expanding.I'm not sure of the definition of stationary but I think then also the universe will comply with the term, for not only is it expanding,it is doing so with an uniform speed or velocity at each and every point lying on the same radius from the centre of the universe from which I believe the universe was banged out.I've a lot more to say on this subject but have little or no time to do so currently....
